Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of REVA Agent (“the app”), an internal Revenue Cycle Management tool operated by The Functionary (“we”, “us”). REVA Agent is provided for use by authorized Functionary staff and is not offered to the general public.

1. Authorized use

Access to REVA Agent is granted only to authorized personnel of The Functionary. You agree to use the app solely for its intended purpose — validating medical claims and managing RCM operations — and in accordance with all applicable laws and internal policies.

2. Google account integration

REVA Agent integrates with Google Drive using read-only access to sync internal billing playbooks. By connecting a Google account, an administrator authorizes this limited access. Your use of Google services through the app is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. Our handling of data obtained through this integration is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its data, or related systems; or
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.

4. Intellectual property

REVA Agent, including its software, design, and content, is owned by The Functionary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the app as authorized.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Functionary is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
