How REVA Agent uses Google data
REVA Agent connects to Google Drive so our operations team's playbooks stay current inside the tool.
- Read-only access. An administrator authorizes REVA Agent with the
drive.readonlyscope. The app can read files; it can never create, edit, move, or delete anything in Drive. - One designated folder. The app syncs documents from a single Google Drive folder that our team explicitly configures — our billing playbooks and SOPs.
- Purpose. Those documents give REVA Agent the up-to-date procedures it uses to validate claims. The content is used only inside The Functionary's RCM platform.
- No selling or sharing. Google user data is never sold, transferred to third parties for advertising, or used for any purpose beyond providing this feature.
